The Southern funday will be on Sunday 11th June 2006. The reason for the change from May is that our usual date clashed with the Working day at Birmingham Champ show and we would have been short of committee members to run the event and also probably attendees.
We are at the same venue Oxshott Village Centre, Oxshott, Surrey. All the usual events:have ago at agility, games, fancy dress competition (theme for 2006 - National costumes), raffle, Bouvier merchandise for sale, food and drink. Come and have a fun day out with your dog, other breeds welcome. Commences 12noon
There are also two other fundays in aid of Bouvier welfare. The first is on Sunday 30th April in Swindon. Ring Janet Garrett on 01793 727158 for directions. A chance to meet other Bouvier owners, watch and try out agility, fun obedience and tricks. Come for a coffee and a chat or bring a picnic and stay all day.
The second is at Kinton Farm, Leintwardine, Craven Arms, Shropshire on Saturday June 17th. fun and games to be organised for the dogs in the afternoon
BBQ, bar and chat for humans in the evening. guests welcome to bring campersetc for overnight Friday and Saturday if you wish. Two acres of dog proof gardens in the stunning Welsh Marches, 9 miles west of Ludlow. Contact Bridget Sudworth tel 01547 540511 or e-mail
The Northern Funday is usually in September. This year's date has provisionally been fixed as Sunday 10th September 2006, providing we can find a suitable venue, starting at 12noon.
